How to replace the hydraulic oil filter element? Is there anything to pay attention to?

(1) Before replacing the hydraulic oil filter element, first drain the original hydraulic oil in the box, and check the three hydraulic oil filter elements of oil return filter element, oil suction filter element and pilot filter element to see whether there are iron filings, copper filings or other impurities. If there are, there may be hydraulic element faults. After maintenance and troubleshooting, clean the system and then replace it.

(2) When replacing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (return filter element, oil suction filter element and pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not replacing.

(3) Hydraulic oils of different grades and brands shall not be mixed, because it may cause the hydraulic oil filter element to deteriorate and produce flocs.

(4) Before refueling, the hydraulic oil filter element (oil suction filter element) must be installed. The nozzle covered by the hydraulic oil filter element directly leads to the main pump. If impurities enter, the wear of the main pump will be accelerated, or the pump will be hit.

(5) After oil filling, pay attention to the main pump to exhaust air, otherwise the whole vehicle will not act temporarily, the main pump will make abnormal noise (air sonic boom), and the hydraulic oil pump will be damaged by cavitation. The air exhaust method is to loosen the pipe joint directly on the top of the main pump and fill it directly.

(6) Regularly check the oil products. The hydraulic filter element is a consumable and needs to be replaced immediately after it is blocked.

(7) Pay attention to flush the system oil tank and pipeline. When refueling, it shall pass through the refueling device with filter.

(8) Do not let the oil in the oil tank come into direct contact with the air, and do not mix the old and new oil, which is helpful to prolong the service life of the filter element.
