Instructions for use

The function of the air compressor filter element is to enter the oily compressed air produced by the main engine into the cooler, and then enter the oil and gas filter element for filtration through mechanical separation, intercept and polymerize the oil mist in the gas, and form oil droplets concentrated at the bottom of the filter element and returned to the oil return pipe. The compressor lubrication system makes the compressor discharge more pure and high-quality compressed air; in short, it is a device to remove solid dust, oil and gas particles and liquid substances in the compressed air.

Maintenance items

When the filter element of the air cleaner has expired, the necessary maintenance should be carried out. The following basic guidelines should be observed during maintenance:

1. Choose the maintenance time according to the information instructions of the differential pressure switch or the differential pressure indicator. The harm of regular site inspection or cleaning sometimes outweighs the benefits. Because of the damage of the filter element, there is a risk of dust entering the engine.

2. It is recommended to replace instead of cleaning the filter element, which can avoid damage to the filter element and protect the engine to the greatest extent.

3. When the filter element has to be cleaned, special care should be taken not to flush the filter element.

4. Please note that the safety core cannot be cleaned and can only be replaced.

5. After maintenance, use a damp cloth to carefully clean the inside of the housing and the sealing surface
